Feature Request: Notifications for Expired Tasks

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share a suggestion that I believe would greatly improve the user experience.

Currently, when a task’s deadline passes, there is no automatic notification to inform the user about it. I think it would be very helpful if the system could send a notification when a task expires. This would help users stay on top of their responsibilities and take timely action if needed.

I would be very grateful if you could consider implementing this feature in a future update. Thank you for your hard work and for continuously improving the product!

Maybe this can be added as an addition to the due date, e.g. as a reminder (1 day/week before etc.)
