New install in proxmox VM

First, I apologize if this is covered somewhere but I’ve not been able to find and answer by googling. As far as I can tell it’s not the Boolean issue with the newly released V2. But no matter if I install via Docker, manual via VM, or manual via lxc. I nearly always get a screen that says “Pretty text” with a checkbox and what I believe is some CSS. Does anyone know what it could be? Any info I can capture that will help? I believe I have the ports open via UFW because even disabling doesn’t change the behavior. Firewalls on proxmox don’t change behavior either.

Installing on a proxmox server. Hosting behind NPM. Also not sure what to put in the “Advanced” section on NPM but it seems like a separate issue. Thank you to anyone that took the time to read.
