"Run document" or "quart server" button for Rmarkdown and Quarto documents with shiny runtime

I have Rmarkdown and Quarto documents that use the shiny runtime. In Rstudio there is a convenient "Run Document" button that will start up and use the shiny runtime. Positron doesn't have such a button. Interestingly, neither Rstudio nor Positron have a button to run "quarto serve ...". Would be very convenient to have such a button. Thank you for this feature request! 🙌 That functionality is provided by the Quarto VS Code extension. Could you open an issue outlining what you are looking for and your use case here in the repo for that extension?
