Add elfeed-tube and elfeed-tube-mpv to elfeed layer?

Good evening,

I just tried to package myself and It has a pretty cool set of features including jumping to a particular point in a video by clicking the transcript. It has optional integration with mpv and youtube-dl/yt-dlp. What do you guys think?
