To reproduce the error try the following on a mac with m1 or m2 chip:
pip install tensorflow-data-validation
Errors seen:
ERROR: Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement tensorflow-data-validation (from versions: none)
ERROR: No matching distribution found for tensorflow-data-validation
System:
macbook air running macOS Monterey 12.5 (21G72) with M2 chip
Python Platform: macOS-12.5-arm64-arm-64bit
Tensor Flow Version: 2.11.0

Similar feature request is already raised by community #205.
Requesting you to close this issue and follow and comment on similar issue for Mac M1 support. You can also follow same discussion in TF forum for updates.
In the meantime, some users have reported success with Rosetta. Other options include using a VM. We understand that neither of those is ideal. Unfortunately this has taken longer than expected, because of some internal infrastructure reasons.
I don’t have a firm ETA yet, but I know that folks are working on it. Please keep following above links for updates. Thank you!

Re-raising from #195 as this is still an ongoing issue as mentioned here: https://discuss.tensorflow.org/t/i-want-to-use-the-tfx-1-6-1-on-mac-m1-max/8110 for tfdv, tfx, tft etc.
