Taskbar window not right in the middle of the row of taskbar area (lates version 1.84) win 11 pro 23H2

I use windows 11 Pro 23H2, I can't position it right in the middle of the taskbar, the window taskbar always gets stuck at the top of the taskbar and almost comes out of the taskbar. when I installed the previous version (1.83) it could be right in the middle, but it was piled up with other taskbar icons, so it was very annoying. Has anyone experienced the same thing?
