Increase unit test speed

Unit tests currently run very slowly due to training da_rnn for a full epoch. Batch size should likely be reduced to make unit tests and iterations speedy.

For future reference DataQuality tests see to be taking up a larger portion of the time then training tests Ran 7 tests in 146.113s So that is 2:26 just on data quality tests.
