Hi. I've noticed mentions of thorium-flags.conf in the release notes and Linux documentation, but I can't get it to work on Windows. Putting the file in the executable directory or in %LOCALAPPDATA% doesn't seem to have any effect on the command line flags in chrome://version.
Is there a specific path for Windows (like a .config equivalent) where we can store default flags? Modifying shortcuts is impractical when dealing with many flags like --ignore-certificate-errors-spki-list.
