Split-merge tool deployment #208
Description
Are there any plans to either make split-merge tool open source, or to make the deployment model more modern (using Service Fabric, Web Jobs, Docker Containers, Azure Functions instead of Cloud Services)? BTW, is this project still alive and is it recommended to start new multi-tenant projects together with Elastic DB Tools? Will it work with .NET 5?
