Documentation: Align Existing Documentation with New Style Guide

We recently created a style guide for the Black Python Devs Maintainers Guide. The existing content includes several inconsistencies that do not align with the new style guide. This issue tracks the task of reviewing all existing documentation and updating it to match the tone, structure, formatting, and language defined in the style guide.
