Update labels in Secret, ConfigMap and Job

• Include dify.labels in built-in Secret and ConfigMap
• Remove the name-pattern fallback introduced in Add name-pattern fallback for test script (missing app.kubernetes.io/instance label) #357 and rely on app.kubernetes.io/instance label in CI tests
• Update Job labels regarding PostgreSQL and Redis connection tests to avoid possible conflicts.
