This PR implements issue(s) #
Besu for Linea version 25.6.0-linea1 includes the change besu-eth/besu#8589, that renames Maven coordinates for most artifacts, see here for a translation map, this PR updates Besu and all projects that depends on Besu artifacts to the new coordinates.
