Besu for Linea version
25.6.0-linea1includes the change besu-eth/besu#8589, that renames Maven coordinates for most artifacts, see here for a translation map, this PR updates Besu and all projects that depends on Besu artifacts to the new coordinates.Code changes are related to the removal of the deprecated privacy feature.
