Improved docs suggestion

As a new user of this app I had to stumble around a little bit to determine how this needs to work.

Specifically I first ran into this but once I resolved that it was not immediately clear that the user needs to run ./manage.py findlinks and then ./manage.py checklinks.

I think having a full step by step tutorial of these would go a long way to adoption.
