Add Schema.DateTime

### What is the problem this feature would solve?

We currently have Schema.DateTimeUtc and Schema.DateTimeZoned. Why not a union of the two: Schema.DateTime

Add a union of the two

I'm happy just creating my own union but it feels like it should be there
