Hi! What's the issue with Django>=5? We are running this lib on Django==5.1 with ASGI through Gunicorn, everything looks fine.

There was at least one issue (since resolved) that prevented use of 5.0 at that time. The goal of this issue was to record the need for testing and validation with 5.0 and later, along with updating python version(s).

It sounds like the amount of work needed is minimal at best, ie updating version numbers in config files and documentation. Pull requests for these changes are most welcome!

Note that there may be other issues with Django 5.x - bug reports welcome, PR's to address them even more so.
