Provide an alternative auth method to SMTP for email notifications.

Why?

Graylog2/support#387
Without a modern authentication method, email will no longer be usable for notifications from Graylog as a decision from Microsoft in March / April 2026

We have an internal mta (smtp) running for all of our applications that is accepted by the outer mta, could be a work around.
