Better twig blocks support

Please add "go to children implementation"/"go to parent" in twig templates. Like in PHP classes (green/grey circles on the line numbers panel). Now only possible go to the panrent block definition

...working. but "implements" dont got depthless, its provide to large lists which dont help.
