Smarter default namespace detection for default Domain of translations extraction dialog

Inside TwigExtractLanguageAction we try to extract translation of given scope. as this scope can be a an injected file of html language we lose the Twig scope and getting a fallback to "message". Try to find a whay to get injected host object as scope start element
