Handle various Git scenarios

Scenarios to be handled:

• Packed repos
  • Throw error and give resolution steps.
  • Automatically parse Packfiles.
• Multiple parents per commit
  • Connect multiple parents
  • Traverse parent paths
    • Recursive solution
    • Look into BFS 🙈, as suggested by @KartikSoneji.
• Blobs with the same hash, but different file names.
  • Occurs during renaming or with two or more empty files.
