Allow a dog to have multiple owners

Feature description

Allow dogs to have multiple users, and allow the original owner to set the pemissions/control that they can have for the dog.

How the feature is useful

It would be really useful for friends to be able to take care of just 1 dog together without having to take turns repeatedly by trading the dog around.

This could be hard to implement given that MyDog "simply" changes the owner on the tameable entity, but a "quick hack" could be to make ownership transfer to "whitelisted players" when right-clicking on a tameable. Sounds like it would be worth looking into for sure.
