Allow the owners to calm the dogs if you accidentally get hit by another player or to call them back from a horde before they get decimated

### How the feature is useful

Sometimes a buddy wacks you with a sword when there's lots of mobs coming or the dogs run into a load of spawner mobs and all die. It would be nice to be able to keep them and your friends safe
