Describe the reason for change

Adds labels and a duration time input to the annotation regions info tab to help distinguish at a glance better the time segments and improve overall usability of this feature.

The duration time is a readonly input.

This PR is an internal one for #6244. That one will be merged first after automated tests are successful, followed by this PR.
