[BUG] Albums Ignored On TImeline Show Up Empty In Albums

Describe the bug
I have set screenshots to be ignored on the timeline. In the album page the screenshots album sows up with an image preview but when you go into it, it shows up as empty. This used to work but broke in an update.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to library tab and set an album to be ignored on the timeline.
2. Go to albums page.
3. Open album you hid on timeline
4. See that the album shows up as empty.

Expected behavior
Photos should show up in the album because the album has only been set to be hidden from timeline.
