Option to make links in pinned tabs always open in a new tab

Addition or change
I like to pin tabs for things like my email client, or social media pages, etc. In most cases, I want the links in these to open in a new tab automatically and to NOT replace the pinned tab.

I'd love an option that makes this behavior automatic for any pinned tab. My thought would be that any link with a different origin should automatically open in a new tab.

Alternatives considered
I suppose this may be doable using user scripts, and I am open to that but I haven't been able to find any existing javascript that does this, and am not sure how to write it myself.
