[Bug] No GApps & Install.ps1 not found

Steps to reproduce/复现步骤

1. Followed instructions and installed WSA_2407.40000.4.0_x64_Release-Nightly-NoGApps-NoAmazon.
2. Run the bat file as admin.

Expected behaviour/预期行为

1. In the instalation screen I would have an option to install GApps.
2. After opening the bat file as admin the Google Play Store would install.

Actual behaviour/实际行为

I had no option to install the GApps and its automatically off.
The Install.ps1 file cant be found.
