Description
#411 added "Surface Inside Face Net Surface Thermal Radiation Heat Gain Energy" to the load components accounting. This term is instantaneous and not delayed as other radiant terms are with RTS factors. The impact is small because surface transfer is already smoothed over time, but it could shift how some envelope loads show up in the timeseries results.
