tflite_runtime-2.11.0-cp310-none-linux_aarch64.whl from https://github.com/PINTO0309/TensorflowLite-bin/releases/tag/v2.11.0
The rest are built by me, using instructions found also here: https://github.com/PINTO0309/TensorflowLite-bin
