Yes, https://pypi.org/project/certbot-dns-vultr/ which has been updated to support Vultr API v2 based on this GitHub convo:

Currently, I Can't secure my domains on new Nginx proxy manager installation because the Vultr DNS provider is only using v1, which fails:

Failed to add TXT record for "": Error fetching DNS domains list: 503 - Sorry, all newly created accounts are forbidden from using API v1, all other accounts are able to use this deprecated API until September 30, 2023 at which point Vultr API v1 will be sunset. Please use API v2

If we can get this updated for API V2, it would be greatly appreciated
