Log are over polluted

I would like to make the logs of the redis-operator a little better to reduce unnecessary logs

What version of redis-operator are you using?

redis-operator version: v0.14.0

We're seeing the same thing, 3430 rows log in 1 hour.
Looks like a lot can move to DEBUG level

You can look at this move most of the INFO level logs to the DEBUG level.
Only Print short and certain things on INFO logs.

E.g.
At : https://github.com/OT-CONTAINER-KIT/redis-operator/blob/master/k8sutils/redis.go#L395
logger.Info("Successfully executed the command", "Command", cmd, "Output", execOut.String())

The output would be verybulky since we are printing output you can change this to log.Debug
For that you have to change the log.level as the default one is on the INFO change it to DEBUG
