Steps to Reproduce
- Attempt to sign up with a Philippines phone number
- Request verification code
- App shows "verification code sent"
- No SMS is received

- Checked all SMS folders (main inbox, spam, unknown senders, recently deleted)
- Waited hours between attempts
- Multiple verification code requests
Expected Behavior
SMS verification code should be delivered to the user's phone
