Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Grid app
2. Begin new account signup process
3. Enter valid US phone number
4. Request SMS verification code
5. Wait for SMS to arrive

Expected Behavior

SMS verification code should be delivered to the provided phone number within a few minutes.

Actual Behavior

• SMS verification codes never arrive
• No error messages displayed in the app
• User has checked spam/blocked messages folder
• User has waited appropriate time and tried multiple requests
• Phone number is confirmed valid US number

Additional Context

• This is blocking the user from completing account creation
• Issue appears to be on the SMS delivery side rather than a device/app configuration issue
• User has followed basic troubleshooting steps (checking spam, waiting, retrying)

Impact

User cannot create account and use the app at all.
