Username creation sometimes bugged, sms codes not delivering

I found two issues, firstly, sometimes the app wont let me make a username, stuck on the 5 character minimum/no special characters, and when it works, i recieve no SMS (country: czechia), Xiaomi Hyper OS 3, I have some system apps deleted, however i dont think any of those should cause the problems i tried logging in to my account, aswell as creating a new one

Very similar issue from my side - no SMS confirmation coming (I live in Poland), unfortunately :( Is the source of issues known?

Same on my end. I live in Italy and im not getting confirmation sms

I really want to use this service and app and get my family on it, but I never get an SMS message for verification when I'm trying to sign up

SMS works in Germany sometimes. But often you get no code.
