Shashwenth/README.md

Hello, I'm Shashwenth Muralidharan πŸ‘‹

Welcome to my GitHub profile! I am a passionate software engineer with a Master's in Computer Science from Rutgers University. I specialize in backend development, database administration, and I'm on a journey to become a Full Stack Developer πŸš€.

πŸ’» About Me

I love building reliable, scalable software and enjoy working with both backend and frontend technologies. My journey in software engineering has been both challenging and rewarding, and I’m constantly learning and adapting to new technologies.

  • πŸŽ“ Master's in Computer Science from Rutgers University-New Brunswick, GPA: 3.87
  • πŸ”§ Tech Stacks: Java, Python, JavaScript, SpringBoot, React.js, Node.js, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Ruby
  • πŸš€ Currently focused on full-stack development and SaaS project building.
  • πŸ“š Outside of coding, I enjoy reading tech blogs and exploring new programming languages.

🌱 I'm Currently Learning

  • Rust 🌟
  • Kotlin For Android Development
  • Cloud Infrastructure and DevOps πŸ› οΈ

πŸ”¨ Projects & Open-Source

A full-stack application built with Spring Boot and React.js that allows users to create and share surveys. Features integration with OpenAI API for auto-generation of questions and answers. Currently working on enhancing the UI and improving the application’s backend performance.

Developed a user-level library in C to replicate Unix functionalities like pthread, malloc, and file systems. Implemented memory management, process scheduling algorithms, and deadlock prevention strategies, achieving 90% efficiency in performance.

Feel free to explore my repositories for more open-source projects, including my work on microservices, backend APIs, and containerization with Docker and Kubernetes.

πŸ’» My Top Programming Languages

I am not very much interested in showing this because I am a software engineer and not a language programmer. I use what I feel is the best for my project. However, here are some of the languages that I have used.
