Iron door (or all doors) recognition error in "event-block" or "targeted block of player"

Bug Description

"event-block" or "targeted block of player" will display ['top-half -ward iron door' at - - - in world '-'] if the doorknob is facing to the right, but the doorknob is to the left , it only shows ['iron door' at - - - in world '-'].

Expected Behavior

Perhaps the orientation of the handle has an effect

Steps to Reproduce

on right click on iron door:
	send "%event-block%"

and just click on iron door
