Mostly the same as oobabooga google_translate extension, but with baidu translate engine

How to run this plugin

1. Download and unzip to ./extensions
2. Run cmd_windows.bat and then run pip install git+https://github.com/17097239132/baidu-translate.git in the black window opened just now
3. Run start_windows.bat and enable it on Session tab

This extension won't be updated in the future, use More translators instead.
