Allow end-user to toggle preview mode in
stagingall environment, so that content gets updated immediately while preview mode is enabled. (bypass static pages)Initially thought I'd only enable it in staging, but then it won't be showcased on the NRN official demos (which run under production stage), so I eventually decided to enable it on all stages. (but real use-cases will most likely want to limit this to development/staging)
