Opening a project fails when a path has environmental variables in it.

When I save a project with environmental variables it always adds the path to the project file in front of the variable.

For example this project file:

Turns into this:

Expected behavior: Translate the environmental variable and start the comparison between:
"C:\Users\LTusche\AppData\Roaming\CompareFrom"
and
"C:\CompareTo"

Ignore the "Both paths are invalid!", I just forgot to create the second path for the example.
In practice only the first path is invalid.
