I'm iranian so as you might know iranian government closed access to internet completely and as a result of this illogical action we can not access anything and even government websites went down after a few weeks. so they were forced to open github and bunch of other websites like debian.org and python repositories.
to make documentation avilable to iranian devs and similar people with restricted access to internet I'm going to compile every documentation from source and put them in a separate repository.
