Update 'esp8266' libraries with Arduino OTA changes to end over-the-air update services

The [pull request](https://github.com/esp8266/Arduino/pull/8379) was completed after v3.0.2 was released.  Uncomment [this section of code](https://github.com/ajschwieterman/equinox-clock/blob/0874d6158a747d0ef2d08416a5bce177615c3f18/EquinoxClock/EquinoxClock.ino#L172) when new release is available.
