SECKSD-39383 Client-lists: REQUEST_HEADER_NAME_VALUE

Hi All,

This issue is a feature request to add support for the client list type "REQUEST_HEADER_NAME_VALUE" in the client_list Terraform provider. Currently, this type is not supported, which limits the ability to manage certain client list configurations through Terraform. Adding this functionality would enable more complete and consistent IaC management for Akamai configurations.
