Recording crashes on Nvidia card with hybrid graphics

By default without any arguments supplied, the recording is saved successfully but without using my nvidia card.

However when I try to specify my driver or even a vaapi codec (with my compositor started on my nvidia card) this error happens:

And i'm unable to record a video. Please let me know if further info is required and help me find a fix.

I don't see any crash here. The errors come from the compositor you're using - we request a frame, the compositor says that the operation has failed. You would need to look into the compositor and figure out why it is sending the failed event.
