Summary

Multi-step onboarding wizard shown to users after their first sign-up to get them set up and into the app.

Scope

• Wizard flow — multi-step: complete profile, create or join a team, invite members, set preferences.
• Progress indicator — visible step tracker showing current and remaining steps.
• Skippable / dismissable — users can skip individual steps or dismiss the wizard entirely.
• Shown once — only displayed on first sign-in. Track completion per user so it doesn't reappear.

Acceptance criteria

• New users land in the onboarding wizard after their first sign-in
• Each step persists its data and the user can move forward
• Users can skip steps or dismiss the wizard
• Once completed or dismissed, the wizard is not shown again
