Removes outdated -p/--parseable option which duplicated `--format=pep8` more generic option. For the moment we keep an alias but this will be removed in a future release.

We remove the
-p/--parseableoption. Users can easily switch to--format=pep8to achieve the same results, option that was recommend way to change output format for the last 7 years.An alias and warning message are in place but will be removed in a future released.
