Description

remove trailing whitespace from the following files:

• .asf.yaml
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE.md
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/BUG_REPORT.md
• .github/ISSUE_TEMPLATE/FEATURE_REQUEST.md
• CONTRIBUTING.md

Testing

• ran npm test in my work area
