What is expected to happen?

Plugman command not recognised after plugman help executed.

command not found: plugman

I am planning to create plugin for Android and iOS after following steps from your documentation.

• npm install -g plugman
• After successfully installed try to run plugman help : "recived plugman command not found".

Tried with sudo same happening.

Using the provided steps I am unable to reproduce this in my environment, which includes:

Ubuntu 20.04
plugman 3.0.0 | 3.0.1
Node v12.19.0 | v15.3.0

I strongly doubt this has anything to do with Cordova. My best guess would be that the bin directory for your globally installed node_modules is not in your PATH.

Run which plugman to check. If necessary, add $(npm config get prefix)/bin to your PATH.

As a side note: I'm not sure how up-to-date the plugin code is, that would be generated by plugman. I think it does not even create a package.json by default (which is required by cordova). So maybe you are better off looking at an official plugin and replicating what you see there. That's just my personal opinion.
