Add new feature and fix bug

[ni-ze]

fix bug: restore fastjson in pom.
new feature:

1. join without window
2. adjust jobId to every job separately.
3. remove wait code in start method.
4. add operator in groupByStream: count, sum, max, min
5. add two-phase aggregate: Accumulator
