Consider shell completion

It would be great to propose shell completion for at least zsh and bash to better navigate between subcommands & options.

You can do run this command to generate the completion scrips

container --generate-completion-script [zsh|bash|fish]

It would be great to document it. I understand it's built-in on swift app that use this lib, but I'm probably not the one which is unfamiliar.
