Remove all deprecated field from the gRPC api

Describe the request

We should remove every deprecated field from the gRPC API before the release of the arduino-cli@1.0.0.
Known deprecated field:

• LibrarySearchRequest.query field

A manual check is suggested to see if there are also other fields that are de-facto deprecated but not marked as such.
