I received mine and based on that I rewrote the PCA9557 driver to also support the TCA9554. They are mutually exclusive so you'll have to #define USE_TCA9554 and NOT #define USE_PCA9557.

With this rule my relays can be controlled form the GUI:

rule3 on file#tca9554.dat do {"NAME":"TCA9554","GPIO":[224,225,226,227,228,229,230,231]} endon

BTW the ESP32-S3 template is:

This provides support for:

  • W5500 ethernet connection to be enabled with EthType 8.
  • WS2812 led with SetOption37 24 for correct channel mapping.
